good deal jpk! I just donated on Wednesday (first time in 20 years - sheesh) but am planning to get on the regular routine. Partly because my hemoglobin was 16.5 and it's getting pretty high, but also to help others out. I think I feel 'better' but it may just be a placebo effect...

rebel - I thought that you only need a prescription for a medical phlebotomy if certain levels are not in-range (iron, hemoblobin, hematocrit me thinks?), otherwise you can just donate.
