Very hard to say as he was on steroids and huge, but with his diet he was also having alot of sat fat but they could not determine wether steroids was a part to play of the heart attack.

They said it was more likely due to the diet rather than the steroids, but this still plays in my mind and this is the reason i want to get things right and be able to move onto a good cycle and get it all cock on,

I know doing a steroid cycle will never be cock on but i just want to get it right so i can put my experience of it on here aswell.

The cycle i mentioned was on here actually and got a massive response for a good beginner cycle.

Yeah, it was in the educational threads somewhere in here.

I figured that the educational threads would be a good point to start and this cycle came up. It advised to do the pre cycle i mentioned before then the actual cycle.

The cycle itself lasts for 30 days before going on a PCT 2 weeks after the last enan injection. Then a new cycle is started for the next month.

It did not mention how long to do a PCT for though.

I was also looking at adding Nolvadex aswell. Not sure the Dianabol is necessary though.
