    tren e is not any where near the tren a (at least what i can get) so i dont like tren e... use tren a

    as for the test - that is a little confusing so here is what i would suggest to some one after i knew their cycle history and it seemed to be a good..

    test e or c - 550 + up to 800 mgs a week split up to 2 or 3 shots a week...

    the pins i would suggest you get 23 or 25 gauge 1.5 inch in the glute one inch in the rest

    as for the tren a ... pin every day 3/4 of a cc (tren a would be 100 mgs per cc)

    so ... do you have your pct set up? if not dont start... do you have your diet set up ? if not dont start... have you cycled before? if not dont do tren a or e

    you need to do at least 2 - 3 cycles of test before you start the tren ... y ? you should already know from all the reading you have done

    Some good advice, but you have to realize I only have Tren E+Test E concentrated pre-mixed at 200 mg of Test enanthate and 150 mg of Tren enanthate.

    Pct will consist of nolva 20-40mg ED/clomid on hand. Diets Done, and this is my first cycle and I do realise how strong tren is, but since its all I can get and already pre mixed, I need to know the safest way to take it.

    From the few people that have given me advice, (bolded) these seems way off.

    Any others that can vouch or give me a better cycle will be appreciated.

    Important information before read: Shake = M3K+WHEY. (1 scoop of each = 35G protein/46G carbs)
    Veggies: Broccolli, califlower, spinach ect.

    Meal 1 (AM- 9:00):
    1 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup strawberries
    6 white eggs
    2 whole eggs
    1 glass of milk
    +multivitamin

    43/40/8

    Meal 2 PWO (AM-11:00):
    shake
    veggies

    43/52/5

    Work out (12:00-1:00PM):
    45 minutes-1hour

    Meal 3 (PM-3:00):
    lean Beef
    1 cup oats
    veggies

    50/27/14

    Meal 4 (PM-5:30)
    Chicken breast/93% lean beef/salmon/lean steak sirlon 2.5 oz
    brown rice/sweet potatoe/Wheat pasta
    veggies

    40-50/40-50/10-20

    Meal 5 (PM-7:30):
    8oz tuna
    brown rice

    45/45/2

    Meal 6 (PM-9:30)
    Left overs from meal 4 (same meal)

    40-50/40-50/10-20

    Meal 7 (PM-11:30)
    1 tsp fish oil
    brown rice/sweet potatoe/Wheat pasta (Drop carbs before bed?)
    casien
    cottage cheese
    +multivitamin

    35/15/10

    TOTALS:306-326 PROTEIN/280-300 CARBS/75-90 FATS
    CALORIES DEPENDING ON SITE INFORMATION: 3200-3600
