Both cycles are good solid ones, just form the information you have given us I would say run them for 6 weeks, I would also prime before running a short cycle, this will create a huge platform for you to build good quality lean tissue. If i had to pick one of the above cycles i would go with test and tren because this must be one of the best combos around but thats only if your ready for tren, if not go with the dbol and test
