    Extreme Loss in Strength!!

I have been training for about 8+ years now, im 26 and have done a few cycle with complete PCT. I recently ( about 7 weeks ago) came off a relatively long cycle for myself about 20 weeks. Compounds were Prop, T400, Tren, Masteron & EQ swapped between cycle. During this cycle gains were good, I lost fat and put on some good size. Strength before my cycle was always good, naturally shoulder pressing 110-120 dumbbells, benching 2 ½ to 3 plates for reps and deads squat 3 ½ to 4 plates. During the cycle strength went up but I kept weights the same to prevent injury just worked on form, super-seting, rests and reps. At the end of the cycle I tapered down with Prop 1ml EOD and HCG 10,000iu. Ran my HCG 8 days into PCT, ie Clomid Nolva and ran the clomid nolva for 5 weeks roughly. I feel amazing, had my blood work done and it’s all normal. My libido is perfect, energy is great, mood is good, sleeps are good, im hungry to which I also have maintained relatively the same diet and overall I feel normal. Except for my strength, since I came off I dropped about 10-12lbs and in bench, squats, deads I have lots prob 50-70lbs (weakest I have been since I was 20) and prob 15-20lbs in shoulder press.

Close to the end of my cycle I started acutane for some back acne to which I was on for 2 months, cleared it right up. But I received a bit of chest / shoulder / joint pain from it. Now the joint pain is going away, my strength is slightly better but still shit compared to what I normally can do.

Any suggestions on how to increase my strength or reasons as to why? I think it is possibly from the slight joint pain in conjunction with getting off cycle, my head may not be in it just yet and the weight feels heavy.

I really wana get back to my normal strength, it would make staying off much more bearable.

    THX

Maybe your muscles are fatigued ,if you finished your pct maybe a week off is in need a 20week cycle with multiple compounds can be taxing

Am I reading this correctly? You kept your weights at the same while on a cycle?

Sorry man, I don't get that thought process...

When on cycle you get ahead, when you come off you fight to hold it. More strength= more size.

a 20 week cycle was wasted IMO.....thats a lot of stress on the body for nothing.

How much weight did you put on and keep?

My Bro, you were not training heavy and hard and got hurt....you were doing heavy front raises, which you will not do again right?

This guy was on a 20 week cycle including Tren and did not lift heavier....

yeah but i had been pushing my shoulders hard for in excess of 10wks and had been getting the odd ache here and there. the front raises just finished the job off. ah, i skim read the OP and didnt notice he hadnt increased weights
