It is effective for the MAJORITY of the caucasian population (around 80%), and 100% of Chinese men (as demonstrated by a huge study), but this involved 300mg/week of test for several years. You aren't going to be shooting blanks for a while, and especially not if you're using HCG. If you want to use AAS as male birth control, you need to wait at least a year or two, then get your sperm counted to ensure that you are sterile, then avoid HCG, or SERMs so long as you wish to remain sterile. But a much simpler way to accomplish this would be to get a vasectomy.
