Suggest you eat more and come back when you plateau and actually need steroids for muscle mass.
I have done that, I'm not gaining anything. My gains stopped about 2 years ago.
The only change I get is in my BF, no more strength, no more muscle mass. My bench press has stopped at 220 lb ( 100 kgs)

post up your diet in the diet section dont leave anything out we'll take a look over there.
