Respect your opinion. Thanks for caring... I won't die. I'm doing this so I can be stronger and bigger as a cop. When it comes down to hand to hand combat I want to crush the skull of the bad guy with one hand... I'm talking about the bad guys as in murderers, rapists, molesters etc...
If I lived through this then I would prolly say I have gods watching over me for good karma. Just be a good person and I'm sure u will live through all this too. If someone else died doing what I was then they prolly had evil intentions like being strong in a gang as I have mostly seen or killing some guy who dissed him bad.

Cops have guns and tazers man.. And criminals have guns too.. so stregth is irrelevant..if you want to be a good cop then run a mile in under 5:30.. because more people run away then try to fight..

That aside, we are not saying that you are going to die from just one cycle.. but if you continue to do these crazy ass cycles at 5 months at a time with no time off then you will die.. your prostate (and your heart) will swell up to the size of a cntelope and you will die in your late thirties.. simple as that.. take it in moderation man, most people are on this earth for 50-70 years.. so no need to ruin the last two thirds of your life because you feel like you want to be Super Cop..

To OP, please stop what you are doing and go do much more thorough research. By trying to prove your "point", youre simply just gonna get flammed more...and trust me when i say, youre not going to be convincing any of these guys what youre doing is safe or reasonable by any means! I speak from my heart brother when i say what youre doing is very ignorant and unsafe. Please do the right thing here and respect everyones opinion as well as yourself. Youll thank us later.
