    New kid on the block

    Hi everyone. I'm new here....so much to read but I'm looking forward to learning more. I have attached some pics of myself in hopes that one of you could guesstimate my body fat %. I have been training for about 2 years now and my main goal is to build more muscle and increase fitness.
