    Sorry I forgot,
You have to leave the water or oil in with the tuna..
    Just mix it well

Depending on my diet, I will throw a slice of cheese on top of it and cook it in the toaster oven..
Dont knock it until you tried it

dude, i typically will eat anything.. legit, ANYTHING! but, i dont even want to think of trying this. none of the ingrediants make sense.

so you just dump the tuna, with oil, into a bowl. you throw your strawberry protein, peanutbutter and a drop of frank red hot in the bowl as well, and then stir it? i cant even imagine what the taste woudl be like.

Canned tuna is high in sodium and really, not that cheap contrary to popular belief. Is it so hard to buy a bag of frozen tilapia fillets, throw them on a sheet, and broil them off? You'll save money and even if it's slightly more time consuming than opening cans, you won't need to blast it with sauces to make it edible.

Now, if you must go the tuna route (I just realized I'm offering nothing constructive to the thread) - I agree with Mustard. Just a simple vinaigrette in the bowl with lots of dijon, a splash of vinegar, some garlic, and pepper isn't terrible.
