I am pretty much have my cycle set in stone, but since you all want to know my bf% I am 205 at 10.7%bf. 21 years old. Bench 385, Squat[FULL SQUAT, NO 1/4'S HERE] 335 for 14 as of yesterday. SDL - 455.
