A Tide liquid detergent bottle is the best container out there, then before you throw it out run a couple of screws through the lid and tape it. If you really want to make sure no one ever gets to them, then after you fill the thing most of the way take expanding foam like you use to seal a door frame and squirt the shit in the bottle and cap it the stuff will expand and harden into a solid block.
