When I bulk I have 2 of those a day and I'm already at 2000 calories with those alone, excluding my 4 other meals. So yes, it is a great supplement. And its not loaded with sugar, 10g is not a lot and won't make a noticeable difference. It is however, somewhat expensive. So stay away from GNC.
And I'm not sure whats with posts 2-6 but they seem to amazingly misguided. Cheers.
