all the crossfitters i know use lifts like squats, cleans, deads, presses, snatches almost religiously. i mean, weight lifting, along with gymnastics and cardio, is one of the three modalities that make up CF programming. maybe every CF gym differs in what they do or something?

anyways, i agree w/ emmett, i'd also like to know what some of the knowledgeable guys on here would recommend as far as gear for increasing crossfitting performance goes
