    The main thing to remember is that there is no miracle drug and your not going to lose the weight over night. I would recomend getting on the diet thread first and getting a good base diet down. As far as supps go there are great drugs that can help but with out the proper diet and cardio its not going to help much.

    I am on a serious diet with a very controlled calorie intake, portion control, etc. as stated in my post. I can't do much cardio because of bad knees (cartilage degen, 6 surgeries in all).

    I would like advice on the supplements I am currently taking and if there is better ones out there, what are they? Are there supplements to help increase my Test levels in a safe way?
