I paid like $30 for a bottle of the spray. To be honest I have been having great results, but Im not sure if its due to the spray or the other suppliments I take. I also started the spray at the same time as a new diet and MMA training rather than weights.
I certainly feel more explosive and quick during live sparring sessions. I also feel like I am recovering faster. Again this could just be due to me getting back in shape and the other suppliments I take such as Afterglow which is great post workout stuff.
