    thats interesting fireguy...we all look for your advice as a pro bb'er...this is consistent with what another viable source swore by...all the fda and aha hype must be just that....maybe similarly to the saturated fat scare?

    You can't beat sea salt, it is an excellent choice of natural essential micro-nutrients and sodium. The government started putting iodine in salt (iodized salt) to prevent the spread of goiters, they added iodine to table salt (which also goes through 4 bleaching processes to get to the table) so americans would naturally get it (without our permission of course) Sea salt is excellent and the all natural versions are awesome, my favorites are Fleur De Sel and Himalayan Pink, but there are tons from different regions in the world. Go online and check it out, you will also be surprised how cheap it is!
