    Jumping rope

For the fellas that use jumping rope for cardio, which jump rope do you use?
I had nike's weighted jump rope, after couple of doubles and crosses it just
ripped from it's insertion in the handle.

So I'm lookin for a new jumping rope that won't tear in the middle of the exercise
    that will be adjustable.

I've tried lots of jumping ropes, some of them were too light or not adjustable or the handle weren't comfortable to hold.....

    any suggestions?

the old school beaded ones !!!!

if the rope is too light you can try adding a layer of athletic tape to the very middle of it. it helps to weigh it down a few grams more which you can see a difference in the speed. (it's not gonna work your forearms out anymore, purely just to keep the rope at full extension)

I got mine from Olympia Sports for $15 bucks and it has weighted handles. Plus if you sign up on thier email list you will get a $10 gift card around your birthday from them. So I actually got it for $5.
