diet update, what do you guys think?
8am - 30-40min intense boxing on empty stomach.
9am - 1/2 cup wholemeal oats with small handful of blueberries and pinch of cinnamon. 2 fish oils + multivitamin.
12pm - bowl of basmati rice with broccoli.
3pm - 5oz chicken breast with salad.
6pm - 3oz tuna with salad
9-10pm - bowl of basmati rice with broccoli.
midnight (bed time) - large chamomile tea
