Thread: Need guidance on several topics

    nutrtion is fairly the same day in day out...

    training at 5.30 am, protein shake right after , then either oatmeal, whole wheat bread oast or bran cereal - 2 hrs later, 8 to10 egg white omelette with ham (2 whole eggs in it) with grapefruit - lunch is chicken or fish with green veggies & yogurt or bran muffin, protein shake for snack - dinner is red meat or fish or chicken with veggies & green tea after...

    i dont do cardio on training days, i do cardio on seperate days (45 min. to a hour), boxing, kick boxing or plyo...some weeks i do a yoga session to strech out...

    should i take the AI with test E ? Ive checked it out in the ar-r banner, theres 3 different one ???

    everyone here talks about mg's..but mu guys tells me 1 cc everyday 4 days....is this like the 300 to 500 mg a week, like suggested ?

    If you want to gain^^ this needs to ne addressed, not enough food 4 meals isn't gonn cut it.
