I just weigh my foods cooked and tack on an extra oz. here and there. If I want 4oz (raw weight) of chicken breast, I weigh out 5oz cooked. It's not scientific and definitely throws my macros off a bit, but I need sanity in my life too. At the end of the day, an extra oz. here and there, or even if you're under by a couple of oz. is not going to make or break anybody's diet. Just get as close as you can and carry on with your life.
