My Work out is 4 days a week for about 1-1.5 hour.
I do exercises for abs 5 days a week.
Try to sleep 8-9 hours a day,and I quit alcohol.
I eat only eggs,rice,potatoes,chicken meet,fish,beef(only grilled or boiled)
oatmeal,nuts,honey.
That's all my menu,I eat only those products and some fruits between them
