When I'm not on my iPhone i'll give u some quality advice. For now, RAISE YOUR CALORIES. Just trust me on this. With this current diet, you will slow your metabolism to a crawl, burn LBM and eventually stop burning fat all together and possibly even start STORING new bodyfat! Your body will go into starvation mode. You will wind up looking like a smaller version of how you look now (skinny fat).
