i dont do cardio on training days, i do cardio on seperate days (45 min. to a hour), boxing, kick boxing or plyo...some weeks i do a yoga session to strech out...

If you want to gain^^ this needs to ne addressed, not enough food 4 meals isn't gonn cut it.
