    Truthfully i would throw it away. How do you know what that really is? I mean you have a clear vial with some liquid in it and 400 written on top. What if its just vegetable oil and the guy made a quick buck off of you. You have no way of knowing what that is or what it is dosed at

    You could say the same for any UGL gear...
    It sounds like homebrewed 400mg/ml test to me. Nothing wrong with that, provided he trusts the source and whoever made it.
