    Yeah, I think hes going with something we can hit for a tripple for an opener, then max for the second, and shoot for a pr on 3rd. I will probably cut back on assistance stuff soon. I will start doing more and more prehab stuff We are pretty much running westside methods almost to a tee. Im still new too it but its working for me soo far. Thanks for the help man.

    no problem. i always slaughtered my training lifts in comp whereas my training partner would fold and lift subpar. some ppl get nervous infront of a crowd, it just whips me up to another level. i miss tht competition day buzz, i was even thinking of doing afew dlift comps this year.
