Plus after reading some material in the diet section an watching some
Videos on here .I see somethings that I can change to help out get to where I need to get. I am aware that steroid usage should only be used when the body cant get no more natural results. I always read that the gym is where the results r made but If u r not eating perfectly then u r just wasting your time. Thanks again everyone an this forumn is great an loaded with information.
