i like both tbh for diff situations, i think am is better suited to a cutting phase, sets you up nicely for the day. and pm for bulking, need those cals in for chucking the heavy stuff around!
I work at 3pm,so 11ish is good for me.
i am like dec11, love both. i like to AM, because it gets your day moving in the right direction. PM, i feel energized because i have fueled up all day long. i sometimes do both!
Any time after 11 am, don't mess with your hormones production.
whatever works. on my off days i'd rather do it in the morning else i'll never make it to the gym. i'm on a rotating shift work schedule so i get to it either before or after work on my work days. today i worked 10-6 so did some early morning cardio on an empty stomach, and about to go back and do weight training now.
