First cycle, test deca questions?!

okay bros, here is a sample cycle i got from the anabolics 2009 book. All I have is 10 ml bottle of deca250 and 10 ml bottle of test cyp 200. I could get more but it will be in about a month if needed. here is the cycle from anabolics 2009:

test/deca 200 mg each for 3 weeks

test/deca 300 mg each for 4 weeks

test/deca 200 mg each for 1 week

or my other option just run the :

250 and test 200 for 10 weeks? I havent noticed hardly anything right now and its been little over 2 weeks. I have heard all different theories on how much time it takes to kick in or see results. but so far not shit strenth or gain wise imo

So my question is bros. Of these 2 cycles. which is the better choice? this is all i have for now


Or should I up this shit to something like 400 mg and 250 deca a week and buy some more in a month and stay on for 12 weeks or so?

im 6'1 195 lbs, 12 percent 13 percent bodyfat. 24 years old. been training about 5 years and hit a wall in diet and gains are slow. first cycle

or just do the smart thing and wait it out until you got everything in hand

You really need to do a lot of reading before starting any cycle. While I could post up what is wrong and what you need to change, you would still be very ignorant on AAS and that's not a good thing. This is not meant as a flame, the use of AAS is very complex and the improper use of AAS can indeed be very dangerous and lead to irreversable health consquences.

Simply telling you what to change would be like if you said you had a funny car and you were going to make a pass this weekend in your shorts and tennis shoes. Sure I could tell you you need a fire suit and driving boots but you would still be very ill equipped to make a pass. The same holds true of AAS usage its simply not something where you can get a short set of instructions and take off running.

i do think its pretty hypocritical though to have a forum for the purpose of giving advice to users of juice then deny them the advice they need because of age, if they are on this forum they are most likely 100% going to cycle regardless what anyone says.
not advising them at all is going to fu**k them up more then telling them the right way

Now then to your cycle. The cycle you have proposed is horrible and shows a lack of much time spent researching.

IMO a first cycle should be Test only. This is because if you run into side effects you know which compound they are coming from. Say you ran test and deca and started to experience gyno, you wouldnt know which is causing it so you wouldnt be able to take the proper action in reversing it.

Therefore i think Test at 300-500 mgs/week is best. You have to realize (if you had researched you would) that long estered test will take more than 2 weeks to start noticing strength gains.

What is your proposed PCT by thew way
