    This is the LAST thing he needs to do, adding 50 pounds then dropping 45 pounds then trying to add 50 pounds again. It's not healthy, it doesnt build muscle, it destroys your skins elasticity and it never teaches you to diet correctly.

    so after cutting what am i to do if not try to add lean muscle again but with a better diet

    You slowly add muscle over time, there is no need to ever go over 15% bodyfat. You can add all the muscle you need in the 10-12% range in my opinion. When you bulk and add in so much extra fat you end up losing a large amount of what you gained trying to get lean again. Trust me, much better to gain slow and steady that to have these huge increases and decreases in bodyweight.

    I believe standby was saying after he drops a large amount of bodyfat he could start bulking again. Ofcourse by then we would hope he was educated on dieting enough to bulk a little leaner.
