^^^ yep....I would suggest to start an entire new thread come Monday... a real Log of what you are doing: exactly what you are eating, how much and at what time plus your workout/training. And also any emotional/mental challenges which need to be addressed to keep you on track. This way you stay on top of it as well as get guidance along the way from the TEAM here who will help you get to your dream.
