Seems to be subsiding with time. I hate that. It seems like there is a glass ceiling on my strength levels sometimes . . .
I strained my neck doing weighted dips, me and my friend were dickin around having a contest who could do the most and I decided to do a lot and only got one rep and the entire right side of my body cramps from the strain, my neck was sore for like 3 days on the right and y right trap
Ok, a much longer warm-up period today, and rewarded with a muscle-pull-free three sets of 8 with a 15 (actually did 9 on the third set). Woo hoo!![]()
