i knw how to diet, im just not goin to start writing pages of diets, basically eating every 2-2.5hrs phasing carbs out as the day progresses, getting 220grs protein pd. my diet shouldnt alter a terrible amount from recently, the missing equation was fasted cardios, no point in them when running slin. i have my body running pretty efficiently diet wise (have a good well tested and tried base diet) and will chop and change small things as necessary accordingto what phase of training im on

Id say its pretty obvious your diet is effective. I agree with you, wether youre cutting or bulking, your diet should not change much. You have these guys that believe that bulking includes eating any and evrything then the others that believe cutting means depleting the body of everything but protein (essentially). Im watching...
