Haha, yep. There are many times in a day when ill be wrenching have to stop for a few because my forearms are literally BURNING! Never thoght about it dec but theres my forearm workout right there!

yeah mate, any time im having a fettle with the car and unbolting and bolting my forearms will pump up and freeze my fingers in no time lol

i worked in a garage last sumer and will be again this summer, love it! cars and bodybuilding r my 2 passions. ur right about the wrenching... i had 2 take the heads off a v8 range rover...nearly damn tore the tendons off my fingers :P
