bf%: im not sure, if someone could tell me how to figure it out that would b great.
ive been hitting the gym now on and off for about 4years and i struggle to gain weight funnly enough i do gain a bit of size but no measurable weight ??? i dunno.
i was recently about to do a cycle of dbol which i was luckly talked out of by the great advice of the people here and was reccomend to come to diet section and gain naturally. so here i am. i always make lots of dinner so i have lots to bring the next day
atm i eat

(8:30am) 5 weetbix with full cream milk

(9:30am) horleys awesome mass protein

(10:30-11am)
left overs from night before
(dish with either beef, chicken or tuna and always lots of rice or pasta)

(2:30-3pm) bowl of veggies corn peas brochili etc etc

(6:00pm) dinner which once again can b steak/beef chicken or tuna always vary between the 3

hit the gym at about 7:30-8pm
have another shake this time horleys ice protein which has bcaa and glutamine added

go to bed at about 10:30

also recently ive been told i need to cut down on suger because i normaly drink about 3 cans of coke a day. now i have stopped completly
i have also just stopped drinking alcohol as well becuase i think one of my other problems was i used to drink atleast 2 times a week

any suggestions to my diet would be awesome or anything else i can do to gain weight
