ye, the dermatoligst warned me about long term risks:depression, liver diease etc. but i didnt experience any, the one thing is u shuld never use it if ur taking orals aswell! will destroy ur liver, and ur not ment 2 drink on it but i didnt drink much at tht age anyway.i wuld recommend it 2 any1 whos self conscious about it. it works incredibly well (give it 2 weeks formw en u start) but ive heard of ppl being allergic 2 it. not the end of the world if u have 2 come off it. ive never cycled lol, only 18 :P if u go 2 a dermatoligist about it ask about side effects u wuld have while using orals, they will kick ur ass :P wait untill after orals and use with injections.

Same here, theyre my two passions as well. If im not puttin up some weight, im working on cars. Youre quite a brave soul to be doing a head job on a range bro sh!t! I really dont mess around with heavy line mechanics. As i mentioned, im more focused on the electrical aspect: wiring/harnesses, diagnosing/repairing MIL lights, drivability, starting/charging, etc... All of the major shops around (pepboys, sears, ntb) refer all of their work to me if it cant be figured out. I dont usually brag about talents but im considered the best in my area.

What are your stats, and if you post your entire workout routine, including exercises/sets/reps/poundages, I could probably figure out why your arms aren't gaining, may have nothing to do with your arm routine, kinda like you never figured out your work works your forearms. I like the side shot and was also concerned about the lack of biceps peak beinig absent.

Im on my iphone so ill post that up later. Ive always responded extremely well to heavy weights, low reps but my arms seem to grow better with lighter (not light) weight and higher reps. For bi's i do alot of barbell curls and hammers. Ive noticed ive always been really (i can curls 120lbs, low reps) strong with curls...espeacially strong at preacher which does not focus on peak contraction. In other words, im very strong at the lower part of bi exercises but quickly fade up top...im sure this is because the lack of peak perhaps? Ive alway just wrote it off as genetics, i dunno.

    Whats up,

Just found this thread and you last pic really does your arm and physique more justice than the earlier one. Excellent tris and shoulder. PS I am stuck at 15.75 but I am going to catch up LOL. As far as the car thing goes I was a certified master tech back in 81 and I really feel for you guys wrenching modern shit. That said your area of specilization is where its at congrats. So much of the routine maintenance is so freakin nasty these days. Myself all I do anymore is help tune a buddies blown alky dragster, I used to have my own 10.5 car but it got too expensive.

On the pimple deal stay away from bar soaps (for the acne areas) most all of them have some form of grease to prevent drying of the skin and the grease will clog pores and prevent the Benz Per from doing its job.

Thanks for the comment FFM. But if you're at 220lbs, ur waaaaay beyond me man!

If you were a master tech in 81 (assuming that was ur last year?), you fell out right before fuel injection got mainstream huh? Its funny, i can diagnose and repair ANY efi/mfi system but when it comes to carbs or timing on an ole 350 chevrolet, i take a step back, LOL! I love my job man- great pay, challenging and im my own boss.

As for the acne, I read about using baking soda in a mixture of water (like a paste) and spread that on the infected area. So, while at walmart, I grabbed a box of baking soda and we'll see what happens. Im confused about the whole soap ordeal...Haz said use antibacterial (he has alot of background, ive done the research) but everyone else says NO SOAP. Im not sure what or how to clean it in the shower. Use soap, clearisil,...etc??? Ive heard that using alcohol was one of the absolute worse things to do because it can cause it to become worse. I tried it when someone mentioned it earlioer and it DID make matters worse. Just need some really straight forward, accurate advice please!!! Thanks guys.

    Thank you mperk.

Im seriously contemplating the use of accutane...its just im usually always on cycle and done need the added liver stress. Im trying a few other alternatives for now but if they dont work i just might do the accutane.

yeah - i don't usually push drugs as a solution, but this was fukkin amazing! I do a low dose just 25mg/ed and now i could go to eod. I have seen really high doses on the forums but IMO that is not necessary.if you can get the pills cause the drops taste nasty. Either way - tho it's good. and take some liver support with it. I don't know if you drink alcohol - but drop that to be good to your liver.

And BTW - really nice guns/delts!

Thanks haz. There was not even a 2 week gap between those pics, it was just a better pose that showed more muscularity. Im finding that the leaner that i become on tren, thr smaller my arm gets but quality of the look seems to be increasing...gotta love that tren a!

Ive been cycling gh for quite some time but think that its bunk to lack of ANY symptoms (even at 12ius!)...that was a waste of $1500!!! Oh well, i do much better off some good ole fashion gear. Tren/test have been really changing my physique quite rapidly here lately after adopting the short burst cycle method. (thanks marcus for the info!)

Anyhow, ill continue to throw some pics up here and there and really thank everybody for the encouragement and compliments...oh, and the acne advice, ha! Till next time...

Me too bro, i have extremely small bones but one thing is for sure...when you have put on a few pounds of muscle, it all makes for an awesome physique. And yes, takes me forever to gain just 1 pound, gawd!

hey guys check out fatGripz dot com They are these rubber sleeves that make any barbell/dumbell into a fat bar. So far its only been about 3 weeks for me, but I can def feel a difference on the forearms. Especially when i do curls or shrugs. Can't lift as much weight with them but really hammers those muscles.

Nice delts too, bro. What are you doing for those or is it a genetic "gift"
(Try the accutane if it doesn't clear up soon.)

I never do a any workouts that focus directly on delts. However, bench press is my favorite movement out of all. Unlike any other exercise, I feel like I can make great mind/muscle connection with bench and not only focus on the pecs but also delts and tris as well. I never do more then 8 sets per workout period! Usually consisting of 4 complex and 4 isolated movements (4 flat bench and 4 skull crushers). I keep my workouts very simple and do what I feel works for me. My muscles only respond to heavy weights and few sets. I do too many sets my body overtrains very easily...weird. Too light of weight only gives me striated muscles but gain nothing in terms of size. So, all that being said, being that I technically dont workouty delts...I would say they're genetics? LOL, all that crap is too complicated. Like I said, I KEEP IT SIMPLE!
