What's The Best Way To Empty Your 5&10ml Bottles?

I do when drawing from them and I try to get the last bit in the syringe, but later after the empty bottle is set upright I can always see just a few drops in the bottom corner of the bottles. I thought there might be an easy way of getting it all out. I've not tried to rip the caps off the bottles and pour them all into one yet as I wasnt sure if they would come off without breaking the bottle. but I guess I'll try it and see. I was looking for something simple like maybe a longer needle tip to make it to the bottom of the bottles to pull it out. and curious if anyone else has dealt with this issue or if everyone else is just real good about pulling all the juice completely out while the bottle is upside down. If that's the case I'll just have to learn to get better at it.
