    What are your goals? =)

The nutrition info you have listed is fine and similar to plenty of other breads, but it's actually the ingredients that i'm more interested in when it comes to bread. When we're talking about whole/natural food products, plain macros are fine because that's all there is. When we're talking about processed foods (which all bread is no matter how 'clean'), we need to look further.

Is it whole grain, or 'enriched'? Is there any high fructose corn syrup in it? How many words are in there that you can't even pronounce? This is what i'd be concerned with.

Check out Ezekiel Bread from a company called Foods For Life. Their bread isn't made from flour (ideal) but instead, sprouted grains. You'll find it in the freezer section, not by the breads. Whole Foods, Wegman's etc. all carry it. Check your local store.

The healthfood store down the street from me sells Ezekial Bread in 3 different types. Wheat, Seasame, and Cinnamon Rasin ( my favorite when extremely burnt out on oats) And they taste pretty good too. Ezekiel bread to me works best when toasted or grilled with a little olive oil spray

This is the only bread I eat. Put some almond butter between a couple of slices and you got a great snack.
