I have been recently hearing contradictory statements regarding the catabolic effects of T3. While it increases BMR it also increases the rate of protein synthesis. Because of this, some say that by eating sufficient levels of protein, one should be able to avoid major muscle loss from the compound. I think they also mentioned that one shouldn't go over 100mcg unless on a sufficient level of gear, but at lower dosages it may be alright for your situation.
