    p.s 250mg is a very low dose! 500mg minimum is what most vets will tell you so please listen to them! if you run 250mg you will be disappointed.

    250mg is about 3 times your natural test and he will certainly see results, theres no need to go to 500mg for a first cycle

    yeah he will see results but imo he will be disappointed. 250mg is plenty to put on size but you only get one first cycle and 250mg of cyp or enth is only equivalent to about 175mg of test per week (due to the ester) which is about 2.5 time the natural test for his age.

    400-500mg is a standard first cycle and dbol is not a must but its an option as kick start.

    I used 375mg my first cycle and although I put on noticable size I was disappointed until I bumped it up to 500mg and really felt the diffrence! seems to be the sweet spot for what ever reason but of course every one is diffrent and every one reacts diffrently.

    Well you better get a big appetite! lol if you dont no matter how much gear your on you wont grow!

    You need to be taking in about 25-30cals for every lb of body mass in order to maximize the results and about 1.5mg of protein per lb of body mass. For you thats about 4500 cals and 250g of protein...you really should wait bro and get your diet in order before you start.

    Here stick to this diet for 6 and then come talk to us...I am almost positive you will put on 20lbs without any gear at all.

    5 whole eggs
    2 slices of ezekiel bread with natural pb
    1 banana

    1 chicken breast
    1 cup yams
    veggies

    1 can tunna
    1 cup brown rice
    2tbs olive oil, 2tbs ranch dressing
    mix them together

    1 scoop whey
    500ML pineapple juice
    1 banna

    1 chicken breast
    1/2 cup yam
    veggies

    2 scoops casine protein
    Hand full of raw nuts
    (Before bed)

    add some beef in here and i like the suggestion, more eggs in am
