Alright guys, i understand the whole diet points, but the thing is i dont really have a big appetite. I made a mistake in my post, i'm 5'9". Since i started lifting i started at around 130lbs. I'm a good 30-35 lbs heavier. I just dont see how i could get an extra 30lbs on food alone. Maybe i'm foolish, maybe i'm not doing something right. i still like my stats from 5'9 and 165lbs.
