    Alright guys, i understand the whole diet points, but the thing is i dont really have a big appetite. I made a mistake in my post, i'm 5'9". Since i started lifting i started at around 130lbs. I'm a good 30-35 lbs heavier. I just dont see how i could get an extra 30lbs on food alone. Maybe i'm foolish, maybe i'm not doing something right. i still like my stats from 5'9 and 165lbs.

    You need to re-design your diet and put on some more nataural weight, you dont have a foundation for steroids and you dont have a diet to support any new muscle tissue, if this would sink into your head you will understand its all to do with your diet, you need food not drugs.

    Hey dude, i dint come in here to ask about diet,
    You dont have to agree with me, and i dont have to agree with you. But seriously, gtfo here. I came in here for advise on taking a cycle of test. If i didnt think i be ready for this i would even consider it. I'm old enough to know that this is not a magical potion to make muscle grow, but i feel like now is the right time for me to get on.

    Its all about diet you immature kid, your dont have a diet to support any new muscle tissue, drugs will be worthless to you but instead you listen to someone who is younger than you and doesnt know what he is talking about. You will learn the hard way and be very careful with your lip or your time here will be short.

    I'm just asking for advise,
    what makes you think that my diet isn't on point. it's not because i'm 165 lbs that it isn't right. Not everyone wishes to be 225 + lbs & ripped.
    Just because i'm asking about a cycle it doesnt mean i haven't looked into it before considering help online. You can't just always say your diet is wrong, there is more than just diet, what about genetics, goals, and so on.

    Because you are only 165lbs, your diet sucks. I am not talking about you going to 220lbs you said 175lbs and you would be happy with, if you cant gain weight now naturally at such a low body weight your wasting your time taking steroids because you dont have a diet to support muscle tissue, your diet supports 165lbs!! do you get this yet? so why dont you just stop and listen instead of waiting for someone to feed you what you want to hear.

    Ive tried so i will leave your thread, but remember your the one who looks like he's got a 15yr old girls body not me, you on here asking for advice regarding steroids and how to grow because you cant do it yourself. I told you over and over you need more of a base your diet is awful, by your own admission you dont have a huge appetite that's why you look like you do, steroids wont help you, you will lose all weight gained if you do steroids over time because your diet will not support it.

    genetics = 10 %, intensity in line with goals = 10 % DIET = 80% - SO WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU SHOULD FOCUS?

    haha, thats good kid, be a smartass with probably the best guy for advice on this board, see how far that gets you.

    you're perception of this is completely ignorant and immature. DIET IS EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! think of aas as only a supplement, thats all they fvckin are, not magic!! they have the potiential to be explosive but only on THE RIGHT DIET!!!!
    go for this now and you will put on water and lose it again when you come off and be weaker and have the minefield of a pct. depression here you come

    first of all you came here for help... you should thank you stars that marcuss300 is evening taking the time to hlep or stay here to show you his wisdom...

    you need a diet in line with your goals- it is like having a race car and not putting the right fuel in you will not go as fast as you would if you had the right fuel...

    find a diet in line with your goals...
