If you add a splash of EVOO to your pasta and mix it up before you put it in the frig, it will keep it from getting all sticky and clumping together.

The biggest advantage of brown rice is that it has not been milled or processed and buffed up to that snowy white shine.

Dietitians have confirmed that brown rice is exceptionally high in fiber. It is also loaded with vitamins and minerals. Because brown rice is not milled, it manages to hang on to all of its bran and germ content.

i just decided this week to switch to brown rice after my trainer told me it is much btr. white rice contains almost no vitamins or minerals at all, brown rice doesnt have a massive amount but for the same price some it btr then none!
