$500 is $500. With the right amount of sponsorship it could grow. But the 25% rule pretty much rules out no one, except women. Both my parents are half white, which makes me half white, right? So should I be able to collect this scholarship? My daughter doesn't look black...at all...but she was eligible for a blackcentric scholarship and many blacks complained.

Have some balls (not you Ernest) if youre going to have a whites only scholarship, make it a real whites only scholarship!
