If you are determined to run the prop:
Since sust has prop in it. I would suggest alternating the sust with the prop and injecting EOD.
Example:
Sun: Sust
Tues: Prop
Thur: Sust
Sat: Prop
Mon: Sust
Wed: Prop
Fri: Sust

Well, 23 is awfully young to be doing steroids. In fact most will say too young.
Since this is your second cycle and I have already started:
As far as injections go. If you are going to run prop then you need to expand injection sites.
My current choices are delts, pecs, lats, ventro glute, and three quad sites. (Vastus Lateralis, Vastus Medialis, Rectus Femoris.)
With right and left sides that is a total of 14 sites in the rotation.
