Could use a mild diuretic. However, a lot of the time when I bloat it's because of my estrogen level, so an anti-estrogen takes care of it for me.

And one more very basic question regarding Needle size. The smaller the needle the less painfull but slower the injection right? Whats the smallest sized needle i can use.
