You don't have to eat the same shit day in and day out IMO. I switch things up personally. Interchange meats and carb sources while my fats pretty much stay constant. Sometimes its whole grain pasta (and yes Im spice it up, pesto,grape tomatos, garlic etc etc) instead of sweet potatoes but I measure things out so I know that it equals what I should be eating. I still have fun and enjoy eating. You can balance these things. Just gotta be smart enough and actually dedicated enough to your goals. Ive always been a meat and potato kinda guy so it really isn't like its hard for me anyway. lol
It only gets truly mundane for me during contest prep. I don't deviate...
It what makes the difference btw the wannabes and those that actually are doing it.
