    6-8 meals throughout the day, spaced 2.5 - 3 hours. Lean protein in every meal, along with complex carbs or healthy fats. Green veggies, lots of them, and plenty of water. Just basic guidelines. Focus the bulk of your carbs around your workout window, and first thing in the morning.

    On another note, love the new avy Base!
