    I know there are several competitors on this forum. So I though maybe y'all could chime in and tell us who's right. I'm not a bodybuilder and neither is Amcon, so I thought we could get the info straight from the horses mouths.

    bgmc is the bold where you think he is wrong or just getting to 3% for a couple of hours? im a little confused.

    i was talking to a pro a few weekends ago and he said you only look that good for 1 day you can not walk around for months at 3%

    The debate is someone walking on stage at under 3% AND staying at that same bf% for quite sometime following the comp.

    if they did, they must be Zyzz... I cant imagine the juice you'd need to be one to still add muscle mass while at that bodyfat

    as kp said. being a bodybuilder especially a pro you cant walk around at that bf% without burning away your muscle there job is to gain muscle and get bigger not stay the same or lose

    ok as i said i was talking to some guys fouad abiad and his training partners and they told me all that hard work is to look good for one day. you have to eat which will blow you back up then another week of cardio can bring you back down. that is how these guys did the flex pro show then the arnold 2 weeks later
