When do I up the protien and carbs

For those who know me you know I've been cutting for the last 7 weeks and managed to get to about 13% from almost 18% bf and plan on hitting 12% next week and could possibly try to get to 10 in 3 weeks. Not sure how far I wanna go I may stay at 12%. Assuming I do or weather I decide to go to 10% my question is when do I start to up the macros to gain lbm, do I maintain my desired bf and let my body stabalize for a month or so before I increase or just introduce a slow incremental increase. I am really looking good and happy with the hard work I put in skin is looking thinner and i've tightened up everywhere.
Just looking foward to putting on some size and keeping bf down I need your help on the course of action.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me thus far.

I would slowly add calories, about 100/week until you are eating just a bit over maintenance. Hitting your system with a big jump right away may result in storing of bodyfat.

In agreement with gbrice. And keep checking weight; this will give you a good indication of how your body is responding. But, I think you'll be just fine! Good job on the bf loss MB!

If you're really concerned about gaining absolutely ANY body fat, the I would take gbrice's advice and slowly increase over time. I, too, was cutting for about 3 months, then just about 3 weeks ago, I drastically increased cals with the flip of a hat. Went from 1,900 cals/day to 3,300 cals/day. My goal was to shock my body in order to create somewhat the same effect as 'noob gains'. I can tell you that it worked. My flat bench, military press, bent over rows all in increased by about 20 pounds, and my squat increased by about 40 lbs. I'll have to say that I may have put on a VERY small amount of bf, but nothing too significant. And besides, the pros outweighed the cons for me. However, I can tell you that the next time I go from cutting to bulking, I will look more in to carb cycling. I am new to the concpet but have been doing some research lately, and the idea of it really looks intriguing. Maybe look in to it??

I was thinking of getting to 12% and then carb cycling to get to 10% or maybe even sub 10% the only thing deterring me is I will be 175 at 10% and I feel that's too small for me considering where I was not long ago which was 195 17.7%. My old trainer keeps saying not to worry about how light I will be but instead focus on 10% and add the mass down the road which I'm ok with but I want to cycle and I was hopeing to do after carb cycling and really sending my body into a super anabolic state.

I'd actually make a big caloric jump similar to what Musclestack did but only for about a week. Really shock your body and hit everything hard that week. In the long-run, such a jump is not needed to create an anabolic environment but in the short term, it's a good technique to fill out fast coming off a cut.

After that week is over, I'd follow GB's protocol to ensure you don't gain any body fat.
