LOL - that doesn't make it a better choice or even a similarly good choice - only that it has it's place when done right. I.E. when you don't need to supplement fiber intake and you want an insulin spike. The average guy, not Jay Cutler or a lifting coach, will get fat eating white rice instead of whole grains in several meals daily.
